When we approached AWS re:Invent, we built the experience around two things: innovation and creativity. Our challenge? Turning abstract technology into something people could actually touch and understand.
Three immersive environments brought that mission to life: The Amazon Portal, The Builder’s Bench, and Q Dev. Each integrating generative AI in ways that sparked collaboration and conversation.
With over 60,000 attendees experiencing the activation and 500+ guests getting hands-on with AWS tools, the feedback said it all:

Innovation is nothing without impact.
For La Roche-Posay, TEAM turned public health awareness into action with the Save Our Skin campaign, breaking a Guinness World Record for the largest skin cancer screening event. Over 3,000 people received free screenings in just two days.
The reason it worked? It tapped into something deeply human: the genuine concern for health. By merging empathy with tech-enabled logistics, we turned data into behavior change.

How do you reimagine something as classic as gin?
At the Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru launch, TEAM gave New Yorkers a mini vacation without leaving the city. Through projection mapping, we transformed a blank space into a sun-drenched lemon grove in Murcia, Spain, a multisensory escape that paired culinary artistry with storytelling.
Here, tech wasn’t the headline; emotion was. It elevated craft, culture, and connection, proving that the most advanced innovation is the one you feel.

Community is the real power source.
During the pandemic, MINI USA and TEAM reignited that connection with a nationwide rally that brought thousands of drivers together in a celebration of joy, freedom, and belonging.
From city streets to scenic routes, fans joined a social scavenger hunt, reconnecting with their communities while staying safely apart. The rally ended with a digital afterparty that merged gamification, storytelling, and togetherness, reminding everyone why they fell in love with MINI in the first place.
As TEAM continues to explore and leverage AI, we stay committed to building tools that serve people, not replace them.
