Chris Cabrera and Rich Bailey are heads of our LGBTQ+ Task Force and Bacardí Portfolio Ambassadors. Throughout their careers, they have fought to carve a place for themselves in the industry and now they’re paving the way for others to shine within it. As active leaders in their communities and TEAM, they continue to set the tone for everyone to be true to their identity as they help us become part of the change and move the conversation forward.
