Radix, with its subsidiary, Online Domains, set out to empower and elevate women-owned businesses by offering a Miami mompreneur the opportunity of a lifetime: her own fully-produced TV commercial aired during the NBA Finals. The TEAM expedited a full-cycle production, delivering a polished 30-second commercial ready for both broadcast and streaming platforms within a month. To spread the word, Online Domains sponsored local tech and women-centered events, while influencers shared the contest through engaging social media content, amplifying the stories of strong, local women entrepreneurs.
The broadcast of the commercial introduced the community to Susan Cartiglia, the founder of Radiate Kombucha, and her inspirational journey. Her story resonated widely, garnering attention from the South Florida Business Journal, a feature on CBS evening news, and a column in People en Español.

This Pride Month, TEAM continued its commitment to belonging through Letters To My Closet, an initiative that empowers employees to share authentic stories, foster empathy, and strengthen a culture where every voice is valued.
