The Women Shaping the Future of TEAM

March 27, 2025

In honor of Women’s History Month, TEAM and our employee resource group WIN (Women’s Initiative Network) are proud to recognize three extraordinary women who lead with purpose, inspire through action, and uplift those around them every day.

This month we invited our staff to nominate women making an impact in Leadership, Mentorship, and Education.

Leadership Award

Rita Faroh, Program Manager, MC Field National

Rita is nominated for leadership because she is an exceptional manager who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her team is well-prepared, supported, and fulfilled in their roles. Her dedication to mentorship and professional development has made a lasting impact, helping others grow as leaders and expand their skill sets. Rita’s ability to inspire, guide, and uplift those around her truly sets her apart as a leader.

“Rita is a phenomenal manager! She always goes above and beyond to make sure her team is well prepared, supported, and happy in their role. In the time I've worked with her, I've been able to grow as a leader and have learned so much. She's the best!”

Rita’s ability to inspire, guide, and uplift those around her truly sets her apart.

Mentorship Award

Marcelle Galand, Senior Graphic Designer

Marcelle was nominated for her patience, kindness, and hands-on approach to mentorship. She is known for taking the time to teach, guide, and provide tools that make work easier for those around her. Her nomination described her as someone who shares knowledge generously and ensures others feel supported in their learning process, making her a clear choice for this recognition.

“She is so patient when teaching and provides hands-on direction from start to finish. She takes the initiative to put tools in place for the team that makes our jobs easier. She passes down her wisdom with kindness.”

Marcelle’s generosity in sharing knowledge and her consistent support have made her a go-to mentor across the team.

Education Award

Tania Oseguera, Master Tequilera, BUSA Field

Tania is nominated for education because of her incredible dedication to sharing her knowledge and passion for Tequila Cazadores. Over her 20-year career with TEAM, she has grown from a brand spokesmodel to a true expert, earning her MBA in Marketing and Master Tequilera certification. She now leads tours and hosts groups from around the world, immersing them in the rich history of Tequila Cazadores and Jalisco’s vibrant culture. Tania’s ability to educate, engage, and inspire through storytelling makes her an invaluable ambassador for the brand and an exceptional leader in education.

“Tania has worked with TEAM for 20 years, representing Tequila Cazadores. She started as a brand spokesmodel and now hosts tours and groups from around the world at the Cazadores Brand Home in Jalisco. Tania is an incredible presenter, storyteller, and educator on all things Tequila Cazadores and Jalisco culture.”

Her tours and presentations bring the history, heritage, and flavor of Jalisco, making her an exceptional leader in education.
