Alex Capote: The Person You Want in Your Corner

As Senior Project Manager, Alex has earned the trust of her colleagues by consistently delivering, taking initiative, and stepping outside her own responsibilities to help the team succeed. Her commitment to the work is matched by her belief in the people making it happen.

Alex credits TEAM with giving her the freedom to lead, share her perspective, and think creatively. And when it came time to accept her own MVT recognition, she was quick to turn the spotlight toward her teammates:

Stephanie Hellmann-Instefjord: Connections That Create Change

For National Account Director Stephanie, building relationships has always been central to the work. She's managed field teams, led national training events, strengthened client and partner relationships, and created and led WIN, TEAM's first employee resource group.

Across those different roles and initiatives, Stephanie has found ways to bring people together and help them grow. Bonnie, who has worked with Stephanie for more than a decade, has seen that leadership firsthand:

Stephanie sees that same sense of connection as one of the best parts of working at TEAM:
