Our Most Valuable TEAMmate award recognizes colleagues who go above and beyond to support their teams, strengthen collaboration, and move the agency forward. Our Q2 winners, Joann Leger and Jill Cohen, were both recognized for Performance & Results Excellence.

Over both of their eight years at TEAM, each has raised the standard in a different part of the business. Joann turns complex ideas into persuasive stories. Jill turns complex beverage operations into seamless, crafted experiences.

Joann Leger: Turning Complexity into Clarity

As Presentation Design Director, Joann does more than make a deck look polished. She gets to the heart of what a client or team needs to communicate, then uses design and storytelling to make the idea clear, cohesive, and compelling.

Since joining TEAM in 2018, Joann has become a trusted creative partner across new business, client presentations, national sales meetings, and stage visuals. Her work helps teams align, clients connect, and ideas land with greater impact.

Joann is known for keeping her craft moving forward. She explores new platforms, emerging technology, and smarter ways to solve creative challenges, expanding TEAM’s presentation capabilities and contributing to business-winning work.

Jill Cohen: Setting the Bar Behind the Bar

As Beverage Operations Director, Jill pairs creative cocktail thinking with deep operational expertise to shape beverage programs that feel thoughtful, polished, and seamless from the first pour to the final guest interaction.

Group Account Director Brogan Abernethy put it best:

Jill brings ideas into focus, sets a clear standard for excellence, and gives her teams the guidance and confidence to deliver exceptional hospitality.
