This Pride Month, we're proud to support initiatives that celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community, honor the power of storytelling, and reinforce TEAM's commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone belongs.

At TEAM, we believe that creating a culture of belonging starts by creating space for people to show up as their authentic selves. Through initiatives like Letters to My Closet, our DEI Council continues to foster meaningful conversations that celebrate individuality, encourage empathy, and strengthen the connections that make our organization unique.

Originally introduced last year, Letters to My Closet gave TEAM members the opportunity to reflect on their personal journeys through letters to their past selves. What emerged was far more than a storytelling event, it became a powerful reminder of the resilience, courage, and authenticity that exists within our community.

Throughout the session, colleagues shared experiences of identity, acceptance, and growth, creating moments that inspired reflection, meaningful conversations, and reinforced the importance of building an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

This year, we're proud to continue that tradition. Led by the passion and dedication of TEAM members like Rich Bailey, Letters To My Closet reflects an ongoing commitment to creating spaces where authentic stories can be shared, celebrated, and respected. Whether someone chooses to share their own experience or simply listen and learn, every act of participation helps strengthen a culture rooted in inclusion, understanding, and support.
Programs like this remind us that diversity isn't only about who we are, it's also about the experiences, perspectives, and stories we bring with us.

This Pride Month, TEAM continued its commitment to belonging through Letters To My Closet, an initiative that empowers employees to share authentic stories, foster empathy, and strengthen a culture where every voice is valued.
