The Women Moving TEAM Forward

April 1, 2026

In honor of Women’s History Month, TEAM and our employee resource group WIN (Women’s Initiative Network) are proud to recognize three outstanding women who are driving meaningful impact across the organization.

This year, we invited employees to nominate individuals who exemplify excellence in Sustainable Systems & Efficiency, Culture & Inclusion, and Mentorship & Legacy, three areas that shape how we work, lead, and grow.

The result is a group of leaders who are not only delivering strong business outcomes but actively strengthening our teams and culture along the way.

Sustainable Systems & Efficiency Award

Katie Coffey — VP Client Services, TEAM Corporate

Katie Coffey is a driving force behind operational excellence at TEAM. With constant attention to detail and a clear, grounded approach to budgeting and client management, she ensures programs are built to succeed while creating opportunities to grow and expand business impact.

Her leadership is defined not only by what she delivers, but how she shows up. Katie sets the tone for her team every day with positivity, camaraderie, and an unwavering can-do attitude. She creates an environment where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to do their best work.

By championing inclusion in both words and actions, Katie ensures every team member feels heard and empowered—fostering collaboration across roles, levels, and perspectives.

Culture & Inclusion Award

Tara Marshall — Advocacy Lead, MC Portfolio

Tara Marshall is a recognized advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a deep commitment to embedding these values into everyday work. Her approach goes beyond intention—she actively builds environments where equity, access, and belonging are central to how teams operate.

Through her leadership in advocacy and community engagement, Tara has amplified voices that are often overlooked while championing DEI strategies that create lasting change. Initiatives such as Chocolate City Goes West and Fundamentals of Bartending reflect her broader impact on both TEAM and the hospitality community.

What sets Tara apart is her ability to integrate multicultural perspectives into systems and strategies, ensuring they are inclusive, relevant, and effective across diverse teams and markets. Her work drives both operational strength and cultural progress.

Mentorship & Legacy Award

Lindsay Cromer — Program Director, Molson Coors

Lindsay Cromer leads with intention, investing in the growth and development of those around her. She is known for taking the time to guide, support, and elevate her team—ensuring individuals have the tools and confidence needed to succeed.

Her commitment to mentorship, paired with more than 15 years of experience on the same client, brings a level of expertise and foresight that keeps programs running seamlessly. Lindsay is highly organized, proactive, and consistently thinking ahead to improve processes and outcomes.

By balancing deep knowledge with a people-first approach, Lindsay not only strengthens current programs but also helps shape the next generation of leaders at TEAM.

A Culture Built by People

These recognitions reflect more than individual achievement—they represent the collective impact of leaders who are shaping how TEAM operates today and into the future. Katie, Tara, and Lindsay each bring a unique perspective, but share a common thread: a commitment to excellence, a dedication to others, and a belief in building culture.  We’re proud to celebrate their contributions and the example they set for what’s possible at TEAM.
